T.S. Nagabharana appreciates MLA A.K.M. Ashraf who received the oath in Kannada

Bengaluru, May 25, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): T.S. Nagabharana, President of the Kannada Development Authority has appreciated Manjeshwara Assembly Constituency MLA A.K.M. Ashraf who received the oath in Kannada in the Kerala Assembly.
In a press release, Nagabharana stated that “We have noticed many people forgetting their mother tongue under the influence of English language. In Kerala, almost all the MLAs took the oath in Malayalam, whereas A.K.M. Ashraf received the oath in Kannada exhibiting his love for Kannada. He has indeed set an example for all others.”
A.K.M. Ashraf contested from the Manjeshwara Assembly Constituency in Kasargod District, on a UDF ticket and won in the byelections held in Kerala. Now he has won the hearts of Kannadigas by receiving the oath in Kannada.
