D. K. Shivakumar alleges Santhosh was blackmailed by an MLC and a Minister using a video

Karwar, Nov. 28, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): “The suicide attempt by Santhosh, Personal Secretary to the Chief Minister is a very serious issue. There were rumours from the last two months that he was being blackmailed by a MLC and a Minister using a video. There are so many hidden secrets in this case. There is no meaning in an investigation done by the government. There is a need for an investigation from a higher-level authority,” opined KPCC President D.K. Shivakumar.
He spoke to the media persons on Saturday. “I am aware that Santhosh who is the personal secretary of the Chief Minister has attempted to commit suicide. From the last two-three months I had heard that he was being blackmailed by a MLC and a Minister showing him a video. I also heard that video has been also sent to the leaders in Delhi and he was upset about this. But there is a need to know who gave that video, a higher-level investigation is required in this case,” he said.
