ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ, 21,2024(www.justkannada.in): ದೇಶದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿ ಹುತಾತ್ಮರಾಗಿ, ಜೈಲು ಸೇರಿದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿನವರೇ ನಿಜವಾದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯವಾದಿಗಳು. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪ್ಪಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಯೂ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸದ ಜನಸಂಘ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪರಿವಾರದವರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯವಾದಿಗಳಾ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯನ್ನು ಕುಟುಕಿದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರ ಭಾಷಣದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆದ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡುವ ವೇಳೆ ನಡೆದ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯವಾದಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮತ್ತು ಚಳವಳಿಯ ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ಎಳೆ ಎಳೆಯಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ದೇಶದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಜೈಲು ಸೇರಿದವರು, ಹುತಾತ್ಮರಾದವರು, ಬ್ರಿಟಿಷರಿಂದ ಹಿಂಸೆ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದವರು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿನವರು. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪರಿವಾರದವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅವರು ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡಿದ ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ನಮ್ಮ ಹೋರಾಟದಿಂದ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಸಿಕ್ಕ ಬಳಿಕ ಈಗ ಇವರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯವಾದಿಗಳು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಭಾರತದ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಚರಿತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರು ನಿಜವಾದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯವಾದಿಗಳು ಎನ್ನುವುದು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ದೇಶದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನ ದಾಖಲೆ, ಸಾಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಪರಿಷತ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುವಾಗ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ನ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಬೋಜೇಗೌಡರು ಮಧ್ಯ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ಏನನ್ನೋ ಹೇಳಲು ಮುಂದಾದರು.

ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಾಮೂಲು ಹಾಸ್ಯದ ಶೈಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ “ಬೋಜೇಗೌಡರೇ ನೀವು ಸೆಕ್ಯುಲರ್ ಆದ್ರೆ ಈ ಕಡೆ ಬನ್ನಿ. ಕೋಮುವಾದಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲೇ ಇರಿ ಎಂದರು.

Bengaluru Feb 21: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah took a jab at the BJP saying that true nationalists are Congressmen who fought for the freedom of the country and became martyrs and went to jail. Are the Jan Sangh and the BJP Parivar which never took part in the freedom struggle, nationalists? The CM questioned.
While replying to the debate on the governor’s speech, he explained the history of the nationalist struggle and movement of the Congress in detail.
Those who were jailed, martyred, tortured by the British for the freedom of the country were Congressmen. There is no history of freedom struggle for the BJP. There is no history of them fighting for the country. After the country got freedom from our struggle, now they are claiming to be nationalists. But the history of India has recorded who are the real nationalists, he said.
While the chief minister was detailing the record and achievements of the Congress in the country’s freedom struggle and nation building in the Parishad, JDS member Boje Gowda intervened and offered to say something.
The Chief Minister in his usual humorous style said, “Boje Gowda, if you are secular, come here. If you are communal, stay there” Boje Gowda, who accepted the Chief Minister’s words with respect, sat down with folded hands.
Appreciation in editorials
The Chief Minister mentioned the editorials and reports of leading newspapers which appreciated the Governor’s and analyzed the Governor’s speech. The CM thereby held a mirror to the words of the BJP-JDS members who had accused the Governor’s speech as a lie.
No one can break your record
Puttanna took oath as a member of Parishad after defeating the BJP-JDS coalition in a landslide victory. Speaking during the discussion about Puttanna entering the Parishad for the 5th time, the Chief Minister appreciated Horatti saying , “Sir, you have won eight times. No one can match your record at present.”
