“When the minorities were in panic in Mangalore, Cong. leaders didn’t show off”: Former CM HDK

Bengaluru, Mar. 27, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): “Where were the Congress people when many minorities lost their lives during the CAA protest in Mangalore?. It was JDS that supported them. But today when we have fielded a minority candidate at Basavakalyana, Congress people are claiming that they are protecting the minorities,” said former Chief Minister H. D. Kumaraswamy.
Fuming against former CM Siddaramaiah he said, “A few great leaders are claiming that the JDS has made a secret deal with BJP at Basavakalyana. Only those who always keep thinking about secret agreements can say that. Everyone knows what type of secret deals had taken place during ‘Operation Lotus,’, and pulling down of the coalition government. JDS doesn’t have such a mindset.”
“It will be better if the great leaders of the Congress party stop speaking about our selection and decisions. Otherwise, we will have to expose their communal face concealed under the secular masks. It will be better if the great leaders who projected the great ruler Tipu Sultan as a traitor,” his tweet read.
