ತಣ್ಣೀರುಬಾವಿ ಬೀಚ್‌ ನಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಸೇವೆ’ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಚಿವ ಯತೀಂದ್ರ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಚಾಲನೆ

ಮಂಗಳೂರು,ಸೆಪ್ಟಂಬರ್,17,2026 (www.justkannada.in):  ನಗರದ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ತಣ್ಣೀರುಬಾವಿ ಬೀಚ್‌ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ‘ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಸೇವೆ’ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ. ಯತೀಂದ್ರ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಯತೀಂದ್ರ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಪರಿಸರ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ನಾಗರಿಕನ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಹಾಗೂ ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯಯುತ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ಪ್ರವಾಸೋದ್ಯಮದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಗೂ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನಗರ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯೀಕರಣ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯ ಕಾಪಾಡುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಂಗಡಣೆಗೆ (Waste Segregation) ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡುವುದು ಇಂದಿನ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸೀಮಿತಗೊಳಿಸದೆ, ನಿರಂತರ ಜನಾಂದೋಲನವಾಗಿ ರೂಪಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ‘ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞೆ’ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರು. ಬಳಿಕ ಬೀಚ್ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.
