Sex CD case: Complaint lodged by girl transferred to SIT

Bengaluru, Mar. 30, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The complaint lodged by the girl who is the victim in the Ramesh Jarkiholi sex CD case has been transferred to the Special Investigation Team (SIT), as per the orders issued by the Bengaluru City Police Commissioner Kamal Panth.
Advocate Jagadish, representing the victim had complained to the Cubbon Park Police Station on March 26. The Police Commissioner has ordered to transfer the complaint to SIT.
ACP Kavitha has been appointed as the investigating officer in this case. In the meantime, the Hon’ble Court has given permission for the victim to appear in the court and we should wait and see whether she will appear.
