Rope way to Nandi hills: Spot inspection on July 23

Bengaluru, July 16, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Tourism Minister C.P. Yogeshwar will undertake spot inspection to undertake the construction works of providing rope way to the historic Nandi hills, on July 23.
A meeting was held at the Kumara Krupa guest house in Bengaluru, under the leadership of Tourism, Environment and Biology Minister C.P. Yogeshwar.
Tourism Department Secretary Pankaj Kumar Pandey, Director Sindhu Roopesh, Jungle Lodges and Resorts Company Managing Director Kumar Pushkar, KSTDC Managing Director Vijay Sharma and other senior officials participated in the meeting.
On the occasion, the Minister informed that the process of constructing the rope way to the historic Nandi hills which is pending from a long time should be expedited. He informed that a spot inspection should be done on July 23 and tenders should be invited and works should be started soon. Aarcon Infra company presented a demonstration of the rope way.
The company has 51 years of experience in construction of rope ways and it has constructed 64 rope ways both in the country and other countries.
