H. Vishwanath to appeal before SC

Bengaluru, Dec.1, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): Former Minister H.Vishwanath has decided to appeal before the Hon’ble Supreme Court questioning High Court orders stating that he is ineligible to become a minister.
Speaking to the press persons in Mysuru today, he said that he would appeal before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. He clarified that the HC order has not caused much damage. “I have not considered politics commercially, the government has not defended me properly and it didn’t help me legally,” he said.
“We did not pull down the coalition government to help some other party to bring into power. We just had decided to pull down the government which was not valuing us,” he noted.
