ಈ ದುಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಿಂದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ವಾಹನ ಸವಾರರು ತೀವ್ರ ತೊಂದರೆ ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮೂಗು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡೇ ಓಡಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಅಪಾಯ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಆತಂಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ.
