ಮೈಸೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ (MDA) ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕಿ ಶೃತಿ.ಬಿ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಯೋಜನೆ ರದ್ದು

ಮೈಸೂರು: ಮೈಸೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ (MDA) ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಶೃತಿ.ಬಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಾತೃ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಶೃತಿ.ಬಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಮೈಸೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಳ ನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿರಸ್ತೇದಾರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಪತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಹಕ್ಕಿನ ಸ್ಥಾನ (Lien) ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ನೌಕರರು ಅನ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ ಮಾತೃ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯದೇ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಕೂಡ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ, ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ನಿಗ್ರಹ ದಳದ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೃತಿ.ಬಿ ಅವರು ಎಸಗಿರುವರೆನ್ನಲಾದ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಸ್ವರೂಪದ ಆರೋಪಗಳ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರತಿಬಂಧಕ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1988 (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ 2018) ರ ಕಲಂ 17(ಎ) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ವಾನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಶೃತಿ.ಬಿ ಅವರ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಾತೃ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕಚೇರಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಶೃತಿ.ಬಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಿಂದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

SUMMARY:

Deputation of MDA Manager Shruthi B Cancelled

Mysuru: The deputation of Shruthi B, who was serving as Manager at the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MDA), has been cancelled and she has been directed to report back to her parent department, the Revenue Department.

Shruthi B had been temporarily posted to the Mysuru Urban Development Authority on deputation as Manager based on her own request. However, several posts of Shirastedar and Deputy Tahsildar are currently vacant in the Revenue Department, leading to delays in departmental work. District Commissioners had requested the competent authority to urgently deploy officers of the Shirastedar/Deputy Tahsildar cadre to fill these vacancies.

Meanwhile, government letters and circulars have directed that employees who hold lien in the Revenue Department but are serving on deputation in other departments should be recalled to their parent department. It has also been instructed that deputations should not be made in the future without prior government approval.

Further, in connection with a case registered by the Anti-Corruption Bureau, prior sanction has been granted under Section 17(A) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Amended Act, 2018) to conduct an inquiry/investigation into the alleged criminal misconduct by Shruthi B.

Considering these factors, and in the interest of public and administrative efficiency, the deputation of Shruthi B as Manager of the Mysuru Urban Development Authority has been cancelled with immediate effect and she has been recalled to her parent department.

The head of the office has been directed to relieve her immediately from the post of Manager and instruct her to report to the Revenue Department without delay.
