SC directs State EC to start BBMP election process in eight weeks

Bengaluru, May 20, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): The Hon’ble Supreme Court has directed the State Election Commission (EC) to start the process of conducting the urban body elections (BBMP) within the next 8 weeks.
At last the time limit to conduct the BBMP elections has been announced. The Supreme Court has issued orders to the State Government to reallocate the wards and fix the reservations within the time limit.
