Green signal to open schools in Bengaluru: State Govt. lifts night crufew

Bengaluru, January 29, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): The State Government has withdrawn the night curfew from January 31.
A meeting was held today in Bengaluru under the leadership of Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai regarding the COVID situation and relaxing rules. Revenue Minister R. Ashok addressed a press meet after the meeting and informed that the night curfew will be lifted across the state from January 31. He also informed that all the schools will be started from Monday in Bengaluru. The 50% rule imposed on hotels, restaurants, pubs, and bars has also been relaxed.
However, the 50% seating capacity in cinema halls will continue for some more time. All the government buses will ply only as per the seating capacity. Permission has been given to conduct religious programs in temples, masjids, and churches with 50% capacity. Restriction over rallies and public programs has continued. Gyms and swimming pools can function with 50% capacity.
