ಮೈಸೂರು ,ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್,22,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಕೊರೋನಾ ಸೋಂಕಿತರ ಪಾಲಿನ ಸಂಜೀವಿನಿ ರೆಮಿಡಿಸಿವಿರ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಶಾಕಿಂಗ್ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸಂಜೀವಿನಿ ಎಂದು ಬಿಂಬಿತವಾಗಿರುವ ರೆಮಿಡಿಸಿವಿರ್ ಲೈಫ್ ಸೇವಿಂಗ್ ಡ್ರಗ್ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಜನ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಮೂಡಿದೆ ಅಷ್ಟೇ. ರೆಮಿಡಿಸಿವಿರ್ ಗಿಂತ ಸ್ಟಿರಾಯ್ಡ್ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್, ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕವಾಗಿ ರೆಮಿಡಿಸಿವಿರ್ ಲೈಫ್ ಸೇವಿಂಗ್ ಡ್ರಗ್ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಜನ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಮೂಡಿದೆ ಅಷ್ಟೇ. ವಿಶ್ವ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ರೆಮಿಡಿಸಿವಿರ್ ಇಲ್ಲ. ನಾನು ವೈದ್ಯನಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಬೇಕೆಂದರೆ ಅದರ ಬದಲು ಸ್ಟಿರಾಯ್ಡ್ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ದರದ ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಔಷಧಿಗಳಿವೆ. ಕೊರೊನಾ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ರೆಮಿಡಿಸಿವಿರ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಜಾಸ್ತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 8 ರಿಂದ 9 ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ರೆಮಿಡಿಸಿವಿರ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಿಎಂ ಬಿಎಸ್ ವೈ ಡಿಸ್ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಬಳಿಕ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ನೀಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಎರಡು ಗಂಟೆ ಕಾಯಿರಿ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಲಸಿಕೆ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ವಿನಾಕಾರಣ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ. ರಾಜಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಅಮೆರಿಕಾದಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದರಾ ? ಎಲುಬಿಲ್ಲದ ನಾಲಿಗೆ ಅಂತಾ ಏನೇನೋ ಮಾತನಾಡಬಾರದು. ಆಡಳಿತ ಪಕ್ಷದವರಾಗಲಿ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದವರಾಗಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಸಣ್ಣವರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ವಿಪಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಟಾಂಗ್ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್, ಇಂದು ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಬಗೆಹರಿಯಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ತಿಂಗಳುವರೆಗೂ ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್ ಪೂರೈಕೆಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್ ಕೊರತೆ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಜೊತೆ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಸಚಿವ ಮುರಗೇಶ್ ನಿರಾಣಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್, ನಾನು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಚಿವ ಜಗದೀಶ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟರ್ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್ ಕೊರತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಸ್ಬಲ್ಪ ದಿನ ಇದ್ದ ಕೊರತೆ ಈಗ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದಿಸುವ ಕಂಪನಿಯವರ ಜೊತೆಯೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದರು.

Minister Sudhakar says ‘Remdesivir’ not a life-saving drug for Corona patients
Mysuru, Apr. 22, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Health and Education Minister Dr. K. Sudhakar today said that the Remdesivir injections which people consider as a life-saving drug for Corona patients are not so.
Yes. Speaking to the presspersons in Mysuru today Minister Sudhakar said, “it is just a conception among the people about Remdesivir, whereas steroid is more effective. Remdesivir is not on the WHO drug list. As a doctor myself I would say that steroid is more effective than Remdesivir. Other alternate medicines are available at a lesser price. Production of Remdesivir was stopped as Corona cases had decreased. But again demand has increased due to an increase in the cases. Supply will be restored within a few days. About 8-9 companies in the country are producing Remdesivir,” he explained.
On the occasion, he also informed that a meeting would be held today after Chief Minister B.S. Yedyurappa is discharged from the hospital. “A decision will be taken soon, please wait for two more hours. You will get complete information about the vaccine. The Govt. of India is not biased regarding the distribution of the vaccine. Opposition parties are unnecessarily making allegations. Where did the vaccines come to Rajasthan from? Did it come from America?! Whether ruling party leaders or opposition party leaders, whoever speaks about Corona will become cheap in front of the people,” he charged.
In his reply to the Oxygen problem in Bengaluru, he clarified that the problem will be set right today. “We have written to the Union Health Minister regarding the shortage of oxygen and requested to provide oxygen which will be sufficient till the next one month,” he added.
