International partnership will increase our Varsity’s reputation: Prof. K.S. Rangappa

Mysuru, September 14, 2022 (www.justkannada.in): “International Partnership between two varsities is a special forum for educational activities and learning,” observed former Vice-Chancellor Prof. K.S. Rangappa.
He participated in a lecture program on the topic, “Higher Education Opportunities in France and Scientific Cooperation,” held at the Vignana Bhavana, in Manasa Gangotri campus today. “There will be several professors serving any university. International partnership will help to know their intelligence and help in exchange of new ideas. Above all it provides a new platform for research. It also brings respect to the varsities and helps in honing the skills too,” he added.
“International Partnership will provide a new professional experience to the professors and researchers. Through new experiments they can contribute for the development of the society. More than this, it proves that there is no limits of borders for learning and gaining knowledge. Hence, more and more international partnerships and agreements will increase the number of research programs,” he explained.
In his address, Prof. G. Hemanth Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, University of Mysore informed that it is an program to exchange ideas. “Many aspects have appeared in the educational system and research activities of France. Hence, this kind of lecture programs should also increase,” he said.
France External Ministry Counsellor Thyeri Bartholet. CNRS Director Dr. Srini Kaveri, University of Mysore Registrar Prof. R. Shivappa and others were present.
