Govt. of India approval for Upper Bhadra project: State cabinet agrees for 60:40 ratio

Bengaluru, Dec. 8, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): The Govt. of India has ensured to announce the Upper Bhadra project as a national project.
The Water Resources Minister of Govt. of India is said to have given his consent to announce it as a national project following constant efforts made by the Water Resources Minister of Karnataka Sri Ramesh Jarkiholi.
The Govt. of India has agreed to share the project cost at the ratio of 60:40, which was approved in the State cabinet today.
