Good news for those who intend to buy MUDA property

Mysuru, Dec. 21, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): The Mysore Urban Development Authority has announced to provide ‘Certification’ for people who purchase MUDA sites from New year.
H.V. Rajeev, Chairman, MUDA addressed a press meet in Mysuru today. “We have noticed several cases of cheating and fraud in the sale of MUDA sites. The person who sells the site is not the real owner in a few cases, whereas in a few cases, the sites are only on paper and physically absent. Following an increase in such cases, we have formed a separate division to certify MUDA property and verify the documents. This division will verify whether the property is genuine or not and then certify them, to help the buyers. The buyers have to pay a nominal fee for this. If the buyer provides us all the details of the property that he wishes to buy, we will provide the certification copy after verification within one week. It applies only to properties from 1985 onwards. Properties that are registered before 1985 are being digitalized, and it takes some more time, for its completion” he explained.
