Id Milad tomorrow: Mysuru District administration issues guidelines

Mysuru, October 18, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The Mysuru District Administration has issued guidelines on the eve of the Id Milad festival and has requested the people for a simple celebration.
Mysuru District Deputy Commissioner Bagadi Gowtham, in his order, has urged the citizens to celebrate Id Milad festival in a simple manner. Prayers in public places and processions have been prohibited, along with shaking hands and hugging each other. Only 100 persons can take part in discourses and cultural programs.
Instructions have been given to maintain social distancing in mosques and dargahs. Senior citizens above 60 years of age and children below 10 years are asked to offer prayers in houses. The DC has also urged the people to wear masks and maintain social distancing compulsorily while offering prayers in public places and mosques.
