ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಮೇ,26,2026 (www.justkannada.in): ಡಾಬಸಪೇಟೆ-ದೊಡ್ಡಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ನಡುವೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರವು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿ ಕ್ವಿನ್ ಸಿಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಟೊಯೋಟಾ ಕಿರ್ಲೋಸ್ಕರ್ ಮೋಟಾರ್ಸ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯು 1,200 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದ ತನ್ನ ‘ಬಿಝ್ಇಂಟೆಲ್ ಹಬ್ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಿದೆ.
ಕಾವೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನೆ ನಡೆದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಬೃಹತ್ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಅವರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಎಸ್.ಸೆಲ್ವಕುಮಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಟೊಯೋಟಾ ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಪರವಾಗಿ ಅದರ ಸಿಓಓ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶೇಷ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಸುದೀಪ್ ದಳವಿ ಅವರು ಈ ಕುರಿತ ಒಪ್ಪಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂಕಿತ ಹಾಕಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಹೂಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಘಟಕ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ವಿಶ್ವದಲ್ಲೇ ಮೊದಲು ಎನ್ನುವ ವಿಷಯ ಕೇಳಿ ಸಂತಸವಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಇದು ಕ್ವಿನ್ ಸಿಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಪ್ರಥಮ ಹೂಡಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 1,200 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಬಂಡವಾಳವಾಗಿ ಹೂಡಲಿದ್ದು, ಇದರಿಂದ 200 ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಲಿವೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಟೊಯೋಟಾ ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ 300 ಎಕರೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಹನಗಳ ತಯಾರಿಕೆ, ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು, ಆಧುನಿಕ ವಾಹನ ತಯಾರಿಕಾ ಸ್ಥಾವರ ಆರಂಭ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ನಡೆಯಲಿವೆ. ಇದು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಯುವಜನರಿಗೆ ವರದಾನವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕ್ವಿನ್ ಸಿಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಐಟಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗ್ರ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಏಳೆಂಟು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳು, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದಿವೆ. ಅವುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೂ ಆದಷ್ಟು ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಅಂತಿಮರೂಪ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಅತ್ಯಾಧುನಿಕ ನಗರವು ಒಟ್ಟು 5,800 ಎಕರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಂತಹಂತವಾಗಿ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 48 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಆಗಲಿದ್ದು, ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ 1 ಲಕ್ಷ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಗಳು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಲಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಪಾಟೀಲ ನುಡಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

MoU signed for Toyota BizIntel Hub in KWIN City with an investment of Rs. 1,200 crore
Bengaluru: Toyota Kirloskar Motor will establish its global-standard ‘BizIntel Hub’ in KWIN City, the ambitious project being developed by the State Government between Dabaspete and Doddaballapura, with an investment of Rs. 1,200 crore.
The agreement was signed on Monday at ‘Kaveri’ in the presence of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Large and Medium Industries Minister M. B. Patil by Principal Secretary of the Industries Department S. Selvakumar and Toyota’s COO and Director of Special Projects, Sudeep Dalvi.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister assured full support for the investment and said he was delighted to learn that this would be the first facility of its kind in the world.
Minister Patil said this was the first major investment to materialise in KWIN City. The company will invest Rs. 1,200 crore as initial capital over the next five years, generating around 200 jobs. About 300 acres of land will be allotted to Toyota for the project. Vehicle manufacturing, testing activities and the establishment of an advanced automobile manufacturing facility will all be undertaken there. He said the project would prove to be a major opportunity for the youth of the State.
He further said that innovation, healthcare and information technology would be given top priority in KWIN City. Seven to eight globally reputed universities, healthcare institutions and research organisations have already expressed interest in investing there, and agreements with them too would be finalised at the earliest.
The ultra-modern city will be developed in phases across a total area of 5,800 acres, with the first phase of development already under progress. Minister Patil said the overall project is expected to attract investments worth Rs. 48,000 crore and generate nearly one lakh jobs.
Industries Commissioner Khushboo Goel, KIADB CEO Govind Reddy, Toyota Chief Technical Officer Yoshinori Noritake, senior representatives G. Shankar and Vikram Gulati, Vice-President Ramesh Rao, General Manager H. J. Kiran and other officials were present on the occasion.
