ಮೈಸೂರು,ಮೇ,13,2026 (www.justkannada.in): ಮೈಸೂರು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ನಾಚನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂಬರ್ 21ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ 8 ಎಕರೆ 2 ಗುಂಟೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಪೈಕಿ ಸುಮಾರು 1 ಎಕರೆ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಖಾಸಗಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಮೈಸೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪಾವತಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಆದೇಶದಂತೆ ಇಂದು ತೆರವು ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾ.ಅ ಕೆ.ಆರ್. ಮಹೇಶ್, ಕಾ.ಅ ನೂತನ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಶೇಷ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಮಹದೇವಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಸಚಿನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಂಪಣ್ಣ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಿತ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಸುಪರ್ದಿಗೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಯಿತು.

Encroached land cleared at Nachanahalli village survey No.21. Around 1 acre out of 8 acres 2 guntas, which had already been acquired by the authority with compensation paid, was illegally occupied by private individuals.
Following the Commissioner’s orders, officials led by K.R. Mahesh, Noothan, Mahadevaswamy, Sachin and Kempanna carried out the eviction drive and reclaimed the land under the authority’s possession.
