ತಿ.ನರಸೀಪುರ, ಫೆ.೨೫,೨೦೨೬: ಪಟ್ಟಣದ KSICಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ 13.5 ಎಕರೆ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ 5 ಎಕರೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಕಾರ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯತ್ತ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಮಹತ್ವದ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬಹುದು.
ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಬಜೆಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಅದರಂತೆ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆಂದು 6 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಸಹ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸರಕಾರದ ಈ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿಯಾದದ್ದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ, ಕೊಕ್ಕೊ ಆಟಗಾರ್ತಿ ಚೈತ್ರ, ( ತಿ.ನರಸೀಪುರ ತಾ.ಕುರುಬೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮ) ಅವರ ಸಾಧನೆ. ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ ನೀಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪುಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.
ರೇಷ್ಮೆ ಘಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಾನಿ ಇಲ್ಲ :
ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಿಂದ ರೇಷ್ಮೆ ನೂಲು ಘಟಕ ಮುಚ್ಚಲಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಧಾರವಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರಕಾರ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ ರೇಷ್ಮೆ ನೂಲು ಘಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕಿಂಚಿತ್ತು ತೊಂದರೆ ಆಗದಂತೆ, ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಪಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಮುಂದುವರಿದು, ಅನಗತ್ಯ ಮರಗಳ ಹನನ ನಡೆಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.
13.5 ಎಕರೆ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿನ ಕೇವಲ 5 ಎಕರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ; ಉಳಿದ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ KSIC ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಯಥಾಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಲಿವೆ.
ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಅವಕಾಶ :
ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ. ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ.

ಕೆಲವರು ರಾಜಕೀಯವಾಗಿ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೂ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಾಸ್ತವದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನೋಡಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
