“Will visit Delhi and speak with the leaders”: CM Bommai on Mekedatu project

Mysuru, August 9, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai today informed he would visit New Delhi soon to discuss the implementation of the Meketadtu project work.
He visited the Chamundi hills in Mysuru today. Speaking to the press persons after offering his puja to goddess Chamundeshwari he informed that the new cabinet is formed under special circumstances, as a result of which there might be a little misunderstanding and displeasure within the party. However, he informed, he would solve the problem soon.
Replying to the press reporters’ question about the displeasure of Mysuru MLA S. A. Ramadas the CM said he would invite him and speak with him.
“The Tamil Nadu government is politicizing the Mekedatu project issue. They have come to power by politicizing the water sharing issue. I will visit New Delhi soon and bring the ground realities to the notice of the party leaders. Mekedatu project is our right and will commence it,” he added.
