ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, June.04,2026: ನೂತನ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾತೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಕಸರತ್ತು ತೀವ್ರಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಹಿರಿಯ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಚಿವ ರಾಮಲಿಂಗಾರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಪಟ್ಟು ಹಿಡಿದಿರುವುದು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಸವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮೂಲಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ರಾಮಲಿಂಗಾರೆಡ್ಡಿಗೆ ಜಲಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ನೀಡಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದರು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಈ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವಕ್ಕೆ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸದೇ, ತಮಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನೇ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನೀಡದಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಚಿವ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನೇ ತ್ಯಜಿಸಲು ಸಿದ್ಧ ಎಂಬ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನೂ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ರವಾನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದರಿಂದ ಖಾತೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟು ಉಂಟಾಗಿದೆ.
ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಗಂಭೀರತೆಯನ್ನು ಅರಿತ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟು ಪರಿಹರಿಸಲು ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರ ನಿವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ, ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಸಮತೋಲನ ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಹಲವು ಸುತ್ತಿನ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು, ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಭಾವಿ ಖಾತೆಯಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಖಾತೆಯ ಮೇಲಿನ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪೈಪೋಟಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ.
ಇದೀಗ ರಾಮಲಿಂಗಾರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಖಾತೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಕಸರತ್ತು ಕಗ್ಗಂಟಾಗಿ ಪರಿಣಮಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ಯಾವ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದರತ್ತ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ವಲಯದ ಗಮನ ನೆಟ್ಟಿದೆ.
