ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಡಿ.೦೯,೨೦೨೫: ಮುಡಾ ಮಾಜಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ರನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಪೊಲೀಸರ ಕಸ್ಟಡಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲು ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.
ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಮೈಸೂರು ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಪೊಲೀಸರು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಿಶೇಷ ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಮುಡಾ ಹಗರಣದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಮಾಜಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತ, ಹಾಲಿ ಜೈಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುವ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಸ್ಟಡಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ರಿಟ್ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಕೋರಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಈ ಅರ್ಜಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳು, ಮೈಸೂರು ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಪೊಲೀಸರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಪುರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಡಿ. ೧೨ ರಂದು ಕಸ್ಟಡಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿತು.

2025 ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 16 ರಂದು ದಿನೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ರನ್ನು ಅಕ್ರಮ ಹಣ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ (money-laundering) ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಆರೋಪದ ಅಡಿ ಜಾರಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ (ED) ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

2025 ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 7 — 34 ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಜಪ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ED ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ, ಮೌಲ್ಯ ₹40 ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಕ.
2025 14 ನವೆಂಬರ್ — ED ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಪ್ರಾಸಿಕ್ಯೂಷನ್ (ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದನೆ) ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಜಪ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾದ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ, ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಸೇರಿ ₹440 ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಮೀರಿದೆ.
