Increase in PU results: UoM gets ready to enrol additional students

Bengaluru, July 24, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): The University of Mysore is all set to enrol more students for degree courses this year. Prof. G. Hemanth Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, University of Mysore has said that the University is prepared to meet the increased demand.
Speaking about this today, Prof. G. Hemanth Kumar informed there has been an increase in the PUC results this year and the University of Mysore is all prepared to meet the increased enrolment. “220 colleges are running under University of Mysore, including private colleges. Preparations have been made to enrol students according to the demand,” he informed.
The degree classes will begin on October 1. It is expected five thousand additional students may enrol for degree courses this year and two lakh students will enrol for various degree courses in the state.
