ಕೊರೊನಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸೂಚನೆ: ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಮ- ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 8,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲು ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನ 1 ಲಕ್ಷ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ 20 ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿತರ ಪತ್ತೆಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಮನೆಮನೆ ಭೇಟಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ತರಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್, ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದರು.

ನಂತರ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಸುಧಾಕರ್, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೋನಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಜನರ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬಂದು ಕೊರೊನಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಯಾರೂ ಗಲಾಟೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು ಎಂದರು.

ಮನೆಮನೆ ಸರ್ವೆ 

ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 8,500 ಬೂತ್ ಇದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿ ಕಡೆ ತಂಡ ರಚಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ತಂಡ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ. ಕೊರೊನಾ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ, ಐಸೋಲೇಟ್ ಆದವರ ಸಂಚಾರ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ, ಮುದ್ರೆ ಹಾಕುವುದು, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ, ಸೋಂಕಿಗೊಳಗಾದವರಿಗೆ ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಹೇಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ತಂಡ ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷವೇ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೂ ನೂರಕ್ಕೆ ನೂರು ಆಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಶಸ್ತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗೆ ಒಂದರಂತೆ ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಒಟ್ಟು 250 ಸಿದ್ಧವಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 50% ರಷ್ಟು ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ಶಿಫಾರಸು, ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಹೋಗುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. 2 ಸಾವಿರ ಹೋಮ್ ಗಾರ್ಡ್ ಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಗೃಹ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದು, ನಾನು ಕೂಡ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೋರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಇವರು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಡವಳಿಕೆ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಗಾ ಇಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 1 ಸಾವಿರ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ. 3-4 ಸಾವಿರ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ಕುರಿತು ವೆಬ್ ಸೈಟ್ ನಲ್ಲೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಾಕಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 25-30 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಡೋಸ್ ಸಂಗ್ರಹವಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ 25 ಲಕ್ಷ ಲಸಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಲಸಿಕೆ ಕೊರತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ವಸತಿ ಸಮುಚ್ಛಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ತಂಡ ರಚಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಸಭೆ, ಸಮಾರಂಭಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿ ಅನ್ವಯ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನೈತಿಕ ಹೊಣೆ ಹೊರಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ಕೋರಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

Measures to reserve beds in Private Hospitals

Door to Door survey to identify Positive cases

Bengaluru – April 8, 2021: Instructions have been given to conduct 1 lakh testing per day in Bengaluru and to identify atleast 20 primary and secondary contact for each case, said Health & Medical Education Minister Dr.K.Sudhakar. Government is also planning to conduct door to door survey, he said.

Speaking to the media here on Thursday after a meeting with officials of BBMP, Bengaluru Urban and Rural district, the Minister said that the these measures are initiated in the backdrop of the surge in cases. People should cooperate if officials visit home for Covid testing.

Door to Door Survey

There are 8500 booths in BBMP limits and a team will be formed in each booth which will conduct door to door survey. Their mandate will include testing, spreading awareness on isolation guidelines, necessary assistance to Covid infected persons, treatment for home isolated people, stamping, health check up, ensuring oxygen service for the infected persons etc. Though this programme was unveiled last year, it could not be implemented. But now we will ensure this will happen. Every ward will have one ambulance, 250 ambulances are available, said the Minister.

Private hospitals have been directed to reserve 50% beds for Covid patients. Guidelines will be out soon regarding modalities for reference from a government hospital and direct admission. We have requested home department to provide two thousand home guards for enforcement of Covid-19 appropriate behavior. I will also request Chief Minister in this regard, said Dr.Sudhakar.

Other points made by the Minister

• Presently 1000 beds are available for Covid patients in Bengaluru and measured have been initiated to increase it by another 3-4 thousand additional beds.

• Information on availability of beds will be put on web portal to ensure transparency.

• CM will be provide information regarding the measures taken by the state to contain second wave to the prime Minister in today video conference with all CMs. Also, he will suggest certain measures to be implemented.

• We have 25-30 lakh dosage available in the state, centre has assured to provide 25 lakh additional dosages. There is no shortage of vaccines.

• Healthcare personnel will visit apartment complexes to provide vaccination. Teams will be formed to carryout this task.

• Political events should also be organised in accordance with the guidelines. Otherwise we all may have to take moral responsibility for the surge. Election Commissioner has been requested in this regard.
