Prof. R. Shivappa, Registrar, University of Mysore, M.B. Jayaram, Chairman, Public Relations Council of India (PRCI), Jayaprakash Rao, President, Public Relations Council of India (PCRI), South Division, and Dr. M.S. Swapna were present.
