ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್,20,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.10ರಿಂದ 15ರಷ್ಟು ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ವಸತಿ ಬಡಾವಣೆ (ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿಯಲ್ ಟೌನ್‍ಶಿಪ್)ಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲು ಬೃಹತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸಚಿವ ಮುರುಗೇಶ್ ನಿರಾಣಿ ಅವರು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಇ.ವಿ.ರಮಣರೆಡ್ಡಿ, ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಆಯುಕ್ತೆ ಗುಂಜನ್ ಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಂಡಳಿ(ಕೆಐಎಡಿಬಿ) ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾಕಾರಿ(ಸಿಇಒ) ಎನ್.ಶಿವಶಂಕರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಮಹತ್ವದ ತೀರ್ಮಾನವನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮೀಸಲಿರಿಸಿದ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ-ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರ, ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಸಂಕೀರ್ಣಗಳು, ಉದ್ಯಾನವನ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಡಲು ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಲಹೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸಮಗ್ರ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳ ನಗರ (ಇಂಟಿಗ್ರೇಟೆಡ್ ಇಂಡಸ್ಟ್ರಿಯಲ್ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿಯಲ್ ಟೌನ್‍ಶಿಪ್) ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿನ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಶೇ. 10ರಿಂದ 15ರಷ್ಟು ವಸತಿ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
ವಾಕ್ -ಟು -ವರ್ಕ್ ಎಂಬ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಯಡಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ರೀತಿಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಯೋಜನೆ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಾವು ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಿಂದ ಬಂದುಹೋಗಲು ಸಂಚಾರ ದಟ್ಟಣೆ, ವಾಹನಗಳ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ, ಸಮಯದ ಅಭಾವ ಹೀಗೆ ನಾನಾ ರೀತಿಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಎದುರಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವಿನೂತನ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳಿದ್ದರೆ, ದೇವನಹಳ್ಳಿ, ನೆಲಮಂಗಲ, ಹೊಸಕೋಟೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ದೂರದಿಂದ ಬರಲು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನಾನುಕೂಲವಾಗಲಿವೆ. ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲೇ ವಸತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ಸಮಯದ ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಹಾಗೂ ದಕ್ಷತೆಯಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವೂ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಿ ವಸತಿ ಸಮ್ಮುಚ್ಚಯಗಳು, ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ, ಮಾಲ್‍ ಗಳು, ಶಾಲಾ-ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು, ನೀರಿನ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ರೀತಿಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವು ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಗಲಿವೆ.
ಗುರುವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಚೇಂಬರ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಸ್ಟ್ರೀಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಮರ್ಸ್ (ಬಿಸಿಐಸಿ) ಯ 44 ನೇ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಸಚಿವ ಮುರುಗೇಶ್ ನಿರಾಣಿ, ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಉನ್ನತ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಸಂಘಗಳಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಲು ಮೇಲ್ ಬರೆಯುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ಉನ್ನತ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹೂಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸುವ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸುಲಾಗುವುದು. ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ವಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರರ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ವಾತಾವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬದ್ದವಾಗಿದೆ”ಎಂದು ಆಶ್ವಾಸನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ವಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದ ನಿರಾಣಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವು ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆಯ ತಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಹಂತಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಭರವಸೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಷ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿದೇರ್ಶಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತದ ಬಾಷ್ ಸಮೂಹ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸೌಮಿತ್ರ ಭಟ್ಟಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಬ್ರಿಗೇಡ್ ಎಂಟರ್ಪ್ರೈಸಸ್ ನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿದೇರ್ಶಕ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಎಂ.ಆರ್. ಜೈಶಂಕರ್ , ಬಿಸಿಐಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಟಿ.ಆರ್.ಪರಶುರಾಮನ್ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಒಟ್ಟು 82 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನು ಇದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 188 ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಘಟಕಗಳಿದ್ದು, 20 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ 2ರಿಂದ 3 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 9 ಸಾವಿರ ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲು ನೀಲನಕ್ಷೆ ರೂಪಿಸುವಂತೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Bengaluru, August,20: Integrated Industrial Residential townships with all the basic amenities to come up in industrial areas in Karnataka in order to save man hour and avoid traffic congestion.
Coming out with the unique concept of “Walk-to-work” Large and Medium Industries Minister Murugesh R Nirani on Thursday held a meeting involving EV Ramana Reddy, Addl Chief secretary (commerce & industries); Gunjan Krishna, Commissioner, commerce & industries dept
and N Shivashankara, CEO, KIADB and decided to prepare a blueprint on residential townships in industrial areas that would come up in future.
“Residential townships will be constructed on KIADB land and other industrial areas so that workers, officials and other staff reside on the premises which will help them avoid commuting long distances and in turn save crucial man hours, increase productivity and prevent traffic congestion. Residential townships will be constructed on 10% to 15% of land reserved in industrial areas with all basic amenities such as schools, shopping malls, clinics, parks and recreation facilities,” Nirani said.
The Large & Medium Industries department is planning to develop 9,010 acres of land for industrial development in the coming days in Kolar, Ramanagara, Mandya, Tumakuru, Vijayapura and Haveri. Over 81,864 acres of land in 188 industrial areas have been acquired so far and allotted for industrial units across the state.
Participating in 44th annual general meeting of Bangalore Chamber of Industries & Commerce (BCIC) on Thursday evening, minister Nirani said he will soon write a mail to top industrialists and their associations to elicit their opinion to further smoothen ease-of-doing business in the state.
“I will also hold a meeting with top industrialists soon and discuss issues related to industrial development and attracting investments. Government will leave no stone unturned in maintaining Karnataka’s lead position in the industrial sector and investor-friendly atmosphere,” Nirani in the meet attended by MR Jaishankar, Chairman and Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited; Soumitra Bhattacharya, Managing Director, Bosch Limited & President, Bosch Group in India and TR Parasuraman, President, BCIC
Promising to give more fillip to the industrial sector, Nirani said Karnataka is a preferred destination for investors. “Karnataka is an ideal destination for the investors and maintaining its lead position. We will ensure further progress with investor-friendly and business-friendly steps in the coming days.”
