Bengaluru, July 1, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy has wished all the journalists of the State on the occasion of ‘Patrika Dinacharane’ (Kannada Press Day).
In his tweet, the former CM has wished all the journalists. “Journalists are among those who are working to give us news by pledging their lives even during the COVID-19 Pandemic time. I salute their concern and commitment towards their jobs and wish them all the best,” his tweet read.
“We are slowly coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the role of media and journalists in bringing the pandemic under control is commendable. We shouldn’t forget their service. I wish to salute the efforts of the media in bringing the truth and facts before the people and wish fearless journalism may prevail in the current scenario. I once again extend my warm greetings to all my journalist friends on the occasion of the ‘Patrika Dinacharane.’
