ಮೈಸೂರು,ಮಾರ್ಚ್, 18,2021(www.justkannada.in): ಕೋವಿಡ್ -19 ಎರಡನೇ ಅಲೆ ಭೀತಿ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇರಳ ಬಾರ್ಡರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟೆಚ್ಚರ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು ಕೇರಳದಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರಿಗೆ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮೈಸೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವರಿಷ್ಠಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ರಿಷ್ಯಂತ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಎಸ್.ಪಿ ರಿಷ್ಯಂತ್, ಗಡಿಭಾಗದ ಚೆಕ್ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಾಹನಗಳ ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕೇರಳದಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರಿಗೆ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿಸದೆ ಬಂದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರಿಗೆ, ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲೇ ರ್ಯಾಪಿಡ್ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೊರೊನಾ ತಡೆಗೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕುರಿತು ವಯನಾಡ್ ಎಸ್.ಪಿ ಅರವಿಂದ್ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಆರ್.ಟಿ.ಪಿ.ಸಿ.ಆರ್ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಉಳಿದಂತೆ ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರ, ಹಾಸನ ಕೊಡಗು, ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಿಂದ ಬರುವವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರಿಸ್ಟ್ರಿಕ್ಷನ್ಸ್ ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಮೈಸೂರಿಗೆ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಕಮ್ಮಿ, ಆಯಾ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಜಾಗ್ರತಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಎಸ್.ಪಿ ರಿಷ್ಯಂತ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

Corona test mandatory for those who come from Kerala: Mysuru SP Rishyanth
Mysuru, Mar. 18, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Following the fear of a second wave of COVID-19 Pandemic across the State vigilance on the State borders has been increased, following which Corona test has been mandatory for those who come from Kerala, according to Mysuru District Superintendent of Police Rishyanth.
Sharing this information today SP Rishyanth informed that all the vehicles that enter into the state from Kerala are being investigated near the check posts. Visitors coming from Kerala should compulsorily produce Corona Negative reports. In case if they do not possess the certificate, rapid tests will be conducted on the spot. “We have spoken with Wayand Superintendent of Police Aravind and have requested him to give preference for RTPCR tests,” he said.
However, there are no restrictions for those who are coming to Mysuru from Chamarajanagara, Hassan, Kodagu, Mandya and Bengaluru. Visitors to Mysuru from Maharashtra is less and precautions have been taken wherever required, he informed.
