ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಜನವರಿ,20,2021(www.justkannada.in):  ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನೂತನ ಕೃಷಿ ತಿದ್ಧುಪಡಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿ ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ರೈತರ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯನ್ನ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ರಾಜಭವನ ಚಲೋಗೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ತಡೆಯೊಡ್ಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರೈತರ ಹೋರಾಟ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಿ ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿ.ಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್, ವಿಪಕ್ಷನಾಯಕ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಭವನ ಚಲೋ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಫ್ರೀಡಂಪಾರ್ಕ್ ನಿಂದ ರಾಜಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾನಿರತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರನ್ನ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಮಹಾರಾಣಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಬಳಿ ತಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾನಿರತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ರೈತರನ್ನ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಬಿಎಂಟಿಸಿ ಬಸ್ ಗೆ ಹತ್ತಿಸಿ ಬೇರೆಕಡೆ ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರ ಮಾಢುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಮತ್ತು ಪೊಲೀಸರ ನಡುವೆ ವಾಗ್ವಾದ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರನ್ನ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Police stop Cong. Raj Bhavan Chalo: Arrests Siddu, DKS and other protestors
Bengaluru, Jan. 20, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Police have stopped the Raj Bhavan Chalo organised by the State Congress supporting the farmers who are protesting in New Delhi against the Govt. of India’s new farm laws.
The Raj Bhavan Chalo was organised in the leadership of KPCC President D.K. Shivakumar and leader of the opposition Siddaramaiah. The jatha commenced from the Freedom Park to Raj Bhavan. Police stopped the protestors near Maharani College and took the leaders Siddaramaiah and D.K. Shivakumar into custody.
The police are also shifting other protestors to other places in buses. A wordy duel took place between the Congress activists and the police on the occasion.
