ಮೈಸೂರು, ಸೆ.25, 2024: (www.justkannada.in news) ಆಂಧ್ರಪ್ರದೇಶದ ತಿರುಪತಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಲಡ್ಡು ಪ್ರಸಾದದ ವಿವಾದ ಬಹಿರಂಗಕ್ಕೂ ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳ ಮೊದಲೇ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಅರ್ಚಕರ ತಂಡ ನಗರದ `ಸಿಎಫ್ಟಿಆರ್ಐ (ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಯ ಆಹಾರ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ)ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಡ್ಡು ತಯಾರಿಕೆ ಕುರಿತು ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆದು ತೆರಳಿರುವುದು ತಡವಾಗಿ ಬಹಿರಂಗಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.
‘ಸಿಎಫ್ ಟಿಆರ್ ಐ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ತಿರುಪತಿಯಿಂದ 20 ಅರ್ಚಕರ ತಂಡವೊಂದು ಆಗಮಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಲಡ್ಡು ತಯಾರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ, ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಬಣ್ಣ, ತುಪ್ಪ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಯ ಬಳಕೆ ಕುರಿತು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ ಲಡ್ಡುವಿನ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜಿಂಗ್ ಬಗೆಗೂ ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಆಹಾರ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ (CFTRI) ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆದ ಅರ್ಚಕರ ತಂಡ, ಬಣ್ಣ, ರುಚಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಸನೆಯನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿ ತುಪ್ಪವನ್ನು ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಮಾಡಲು ದೇವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. 9 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 7 ಅಂಕ ಪಡೆದ ತುಪ್ಪವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರಸಾದ ತಯಾರಿಕೆಗೆ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಕಡಿಮೆ ರೇಟಿಂಗ್ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ತುಪ್ಪವನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿರುಪತಿ ತಿರುಮಲ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಆಡಳಿತ ವರ್ಗದವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

A team of 20 priests from Tirupati had arrived at the institute. They were informed about the scientific quantities to be followed in the preparation of laddus. We have given training on the use of paint, ghee and other materials and packaging of laddus,’ said an official of the organization.
