ತಾಯೊಯೊಬ್ಬಳು ತನ್ನ 17 ವರ್ಷದ ಮಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನೀಡಿದ ದೂರಿನ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ಅಪರಾಧಗಳಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ, 2012 (ಪೋಕ್ಸೊ) ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನಾಯಕನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪೋಕ್ಸೊ ಮತ್ತು 354 (ಎ) ಐಪಿಸಿ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
