B.Y. Vijendra’s response on alliance with JDS in LC elections and his contest in the election

Mysuru, December 2, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): “B.S. Yediyurappa has already clarified about the BJP-JDS alliance. He has informed us to extend support where the JDS candidate is absent. There will be no alliance in the constituencies where there are our candidates,” opined BJP State Vice-President B.Y. Vijendra.
Speaking in Mysuru today about the MLC elections, he informed that a pro-BJP is existing at all places in the state. “I am quite confident that our candidate will win in Mysuru. At Mandya, nobody had considered our candidate seriously. But now, there is a triangular competition. Yediyurappa will visit on December 5 for campaigning. He will be touring in Mysuru, Mandya, and Chamarajanagara,” he said.
In his response to his contest in the elections, he said that the BJP State president, Yediyurappa will decide about it. “After that, I will decide from where I should contest. As of now, I am touring the state as the BJP state vice-president. I am supposed to finalize the constituency as early as possible in my interest. I am thinking about it and will arrive at a final decision in the next 5-6 months,” he added.
