ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಜೂನ್,30,2026 (www.justkannada.in): ವಿಶ್ವೇಶ್ವರಯ್ಯ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ(ವಿಟಿಯು) 6ನೇ ಸೆಮಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮುಗಿದ ಕೇವಲ 5 ನಿಮಿಷದೊಳಗೆ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೊಸ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದೆ.
ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ವಿಟಿಯು ಕುಲಪತಿ ಪ್ರೊ.ಎಸ್.ವಿದ್ಯಾಶಂಕರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಕುಲಸಚಿವ(ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ) ಪ್ರೊ.ಯು.ಜೆ.ಉಜ್ವಲ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಕುಲಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಪ್ರಸಾದ ಬಿ. ರಾಂಪುರೆ ಜಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಟಿಯು ಮುರಿದಿದೆ.
ಬಿ.ಇ. ಮತ್ತು ಬಿ.ಟೆಕ್ 6ನೇ ಸೆಮಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ 60,856 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಜರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಸಂಜೆ 5.30ಕ್ಕೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಅಂತ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು, 5.35ಕ್ಕೆ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ, ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು 21 ದಿನಗಳ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿಯೇ ಮುಗಿಸಿದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟು 76.84 ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ. 
ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ವಿಟಿಯು ಕುಲಪತಿ ಪ್ರೊ.ಎಸ್.ವಿದ್ಯಾಶಂಕರ್, “ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿ, ಆ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಅಂತಿಮ ವರ್ಷದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು 10 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡಿದ ವಿಟಿಯು ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ, ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಯೋಜಿತ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದ ಇತಿಹಾಸ: 2026ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಿಮ ವರ್ಷದ 56 ಸಾವಿರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮುಗಿದ ಕೇವಲ 10 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು. 2025ರಲ್ಲಿ 50,321 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ 1 ಗಂಟೆ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಇನ್ನೂ 6ನೇ ಸೆಮಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ನೋಡಿದರೆ, 2024-25ರಲ್ಲಿ 58,232 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮುಗಿದ 10 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿತ್ತು.
ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ವಿಟಿಯು ಕುಲಸಚಿವ(ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ) ಪ್ರೊ.ಯು.ಜೆ.ಉಜ್ವಲ್, “ನಾವು ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಮಾಡಲಿದ್ದು, ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಶೀಘ್ರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲು ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಎಲ್ಲರ ಸಹಕಾರದಿಂದ ಇದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Bengaluru: Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) has created a new record by announcing the results of the 6th semester engineering exam just five minutes after the exam ended.
The results were jointly released by VTU Vice-Chancellor Prof. S. Vidyashankar and Registrar (Evaluation) Prof. U.J. Ujwal. With this, VTU has broken all previous records.
A total of 60,856 students appeared for the B.E. and B.Tech 6th semester exams. The exam concluded at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, and the results were announced at 5:35 PM. Compared to previous years, the entire evaluation process was completed 21 days earlier. A total of 76.84 results have been recorded.
Speaking on the occasion, VTU Vice-Chancellor Prof. S. Vidyashankar said:
“Students wait eagerly for their results. Hence, we decided to announce them as quickly as possible. With proper preparation, we released the results immediately. Earlier, final-year results were announced within 10 minutes. I congratulate the VTU administration staff, examination section staff, and affiliated college staff who made this possible.”
Result history:
– In 2026, results of 56,000 final-year students were announced within 10 minutes of exam completion.
– In 2025, results of 50,321 students were announced within 1 hour.
– For the 6th semester, in 2024–25, results of 58,232 students were announced within 10 days of exam completion.
Registrar (Evaluation) Prof. U.J. Ujwal said:
“We adopted digital evaluation and prepared to announce results quickly. This was possible with everyone’s cooperation.”
