ಮೈಸೂರು,ಮಾರ್ಚ್,16,2026 (www.justkannada.in): ಇರಾನ್- ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಯುದ್ಧದ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಜಾಗತಿಕವಾಗಿ ತೈಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಸರಬರಾಜಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆತಂಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಡುವೆಯೇ, ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಕೆಲ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳು ಜೋರಾಗಿವೆ. ಈ ನಡುವೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರಿಗೂ ಇಷ್ಟದ ತಿನಿಸುಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುವ ಅಗ್ರಹಾರದ ಮೈಲಾರಿ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಕುರಿತೂ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಆತಂಕ ಮೂಡಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಗೆ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಮಾಲೀಕ ಲೋಕೇಶ್ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿರುವ ಮಾಲೀಕ ಲೋಕೇಶ್, “ನಾವು ಮೊದಲಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಸೌದೆ ಒಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡುಗೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ದೋಸೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಸೌದೆ ಒಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಇಡ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಮಾತ್ರ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಬಳಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಎರಡು ಸಿಲಿಂಡರ್ ಸ್ಟಾಕ್ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ,” ಎಂದು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇರಾನ್–ಇಸ್ರೇಲ್ ಯುದ್ಧದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಕೊರತೆ ಎಂಬ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಹರಿದಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ಫೋನ್ ಮಾಡಿ “ದೋಸೆ ಸಿಗುತ್ತಾ? ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಓಪನ್ ಇದೆಯಾ?” ಎಂದು ವಿಚಾರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಗೊಂದಲದಿಂದ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ಗೆ ಬರುವ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯೂ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕ ಗಾಂಧಿ, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್, ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅನೇಕ ಗಣ್ಯರು ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಈ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಮೈಲಾರಿ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸದ್ಯ ಯಾವುದೇ ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Amid concerns over global gas supply due to the Iran–Israel conflict, rumours spread that hotels in Mysuru may face LPG shortages. This also created anxiety about the famous Mylari Hotel in Agrahara, known to be a favourite spot of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
However, hotel owner Lokesh clarified that there is no gas shortage at the hotel. “We have been cooking on a traditional wood-fired stove from the beginning. Only idli preparation uses gas, and we currently have two cylinders in stock,” he said.
Due to rumours of a gas shortage, many customers are calling to ask whether dosa is available and if the hotel is open. The misinformation has slightly reduced customer turnout, he added.
The iconic Mylari Hotel, which has been visited by leaders including Priyanka Gandhi, Siddaramaiah, D.K. Shivakumar and B.S. Yediyurappa, continues to operate normally despite the concerns.
