ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,18, ನವೆಂಬರ್, 2025 (www.justkannada.in): ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ಜರ್ಮನಿಯ ಬವೇರಿಯಾ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಗಳೆರಡೂ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ, ವೈಮಾಂತರಿಕ್ಷ, ರಕ್ಷಣೆ, ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ಸೆಮಿಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್, ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಮುಂತಾದ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪಾರ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದ್ದು, ದ್ವಿಪಕ್ಷೀಯ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಹೂಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಯಥೇಚ್ಚ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಿವೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ನೀಲನಕ್ಷೆ ರೂಪಿಸಿ, ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂತಿಮರೂಪ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಬೃಹತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೇಟಿಯಾದ ಬವೇರಿಯಾದ ಪ್ರಾಂತೀಯ ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ಐಲ್ ಏಗ್ನರ್ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಉನ್ನತ ಮಟ್ಟದ ನಿಯೋಗದ ಜತೆ ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ಈ ನಿಯೋಗದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವು ಬವೇರಿಯಾದ `ಪ್ರಿವಿಲೈಜ್ಡ್ ಪಾರ್ಟನರ್ ಆಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಬಯಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ವಿಸ್ತೃತ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕಾದ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದು, ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿನಿಮಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನಿಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿದೆ. ಜರ್ಮನಿಯ ಈ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯವು ಸೂಪರ್ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟಿಂಗ್, ಕ್ವಾಂಟಂ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ನಾವು ಕೂಡ ಕ್ವಾಂಟಂ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನೇ ರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಲ್ಯಾಮ್ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ಕೂಡ ಇದ್ದು, ಪಾಲುದಾರಿಕೆ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಅವರ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಆ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯವು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 20 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿ ಕಚೇರಿ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿಯ ವಿ.ವಿ ಗಳು ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕ್ವಿನ್ ಸಿಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ ತೆರೆಯಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ವಿ.ವಿ ಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜ್ಞಾನಾಧಾರಿತ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅದು ಸ್ವಾಗತಾರ್ಹ. ಜರ್ಮನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದ 200ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ 2,000ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ನೆಲೆಯೂರಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ನುಡಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಯುವತಿಯರು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಚ್ಚರಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದ್ದು, ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲೂ ಇಂತಹ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವರು ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ವಾತಾವರಣ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಇದು ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಇರಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬವೇರಿಯಾ ನಿಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮಾರ್ಕಸ್ ರಿಂಡರ್ ಸ್ಪೇಕರ್, ಸಂಸದ ಮಾರ್ಟಿನಾ ಗ್ಯುಬೆಲ್, ಟೋಬಿಯಾಸ್ ರೀಬ್, ಅಲೆಕ್ಸಾಂಡರ್ ಹೋಲ್ಡ್, ಲುಡ್ವಿಗ್ ಹಾರ್ಟ್ಮನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಪರಿಣತ ಆಂಡ್ರಿಯಾಸ್ ಜಾಕೆಲ್ ಇದ್ದರು.

Immense Potential for Partnership with Bavaria: Minister M. B. Patil
Bengaluru: Karnataka and the German province of Bavaria have both made significant strides in information technology, aerospace, defence, research and development, semiconductors, and innovation. These advancements offer substantial potential for bilateral collaboration and investment. A detailed roadmap will be prepared and finalised in this regard, said Minister for Large and Medium Industries M. B. Patil on Monday.
He held discussions with a high-level delegation led by Ilse Aigner, President of the Bavarian State Parliament, who called on him here.
The delegation expressed its desire for Karnataka to be recognised as a “privileged partner” of Bavaria. Minister Patil noted that further in-depth discussions would be required and emphasised that the environment is favourable for technological cooperation. He pointed out that Bavaria is a global leader in supercomputing and quantum technologies. Karnataka, too, has formulated an exclusive quantum technology policy, and with the presence of Lam Research in the State, strong prospects for collaboration exist, he said.
Bavaria has maintained a representative office in Bengaluru for the past two decades. Its higher-education system is highly regarded. Universities from Bavaria may consider setting up campuses in the upcoming KWIN City, and academic partnerships with local universities would be beneficial. More than 200 Indian companies currently operate in Germany, while over 2,000 German firms have established a presence in India, he added.
The delegation expressed pleasant surprise at the high number of young women pursuing technical education in Karnataka and showed interest in adopting similar initiatives in Bavaria. Patil explained that girls in the State have traditionally excelled in academics. Karnataka has created a strong enabling environment for them, and this support will continue, he assured.
The Bavarian delegation comprised Markus Rinderspacher, Vice-President of the Bavarian State Parliament; Members of Parliament Martina Gebubel, Tobias Reib, Alexander Hold, and Ludwig Hartmann; and banking expert Andreas Jackel.
