ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಜುಲೈ,7,2023(www.justkannda.in): ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ದಾಖಲೆಯ 14ನೇ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಮಂಡಿಸಿರುವ ಬಜೆಟ್‌ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು, ದಲಿತರು, ರೈತರು ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರು, ಬಹುಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರು ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ದಿಮದಾರರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಸಮಾಜದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಒಳಿತಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸಿರುವ ಜನಪರ ಬಜೆಟ್‌ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ, ಕಳೆದ ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಇದು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬೃಹತ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಬಜೆಟ್‌ ಮಂಡನೆಯ ನಂತರ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರ ಜತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, “ನಾವು ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಮೊದಲೇ ಮಾತು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಐದೂ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಬಜೆಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 52 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀಸಲಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಆದಾಯ ತರಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಬಜೆಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಜನರಿಂದ ತಿರಸ್ಕೃತರಾಗಿರುವ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹತಾಶವಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರು ಬಜೆಟ್‌ನ ಅಳತೆಯನ್ನೂ ಮೀರಿ ಯಾವ್ಯಾವುದೋ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆಲ್ಲ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಕರೆದಿದ್ದರು. ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಕಡೆ ಶೇಕಡ 40ರಷ್ಟು ಕಮಿಷನ್‌ ಹೊಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರ ಬಣ್ಣವನ್ನು ನಾವು ಬಯಲಿಗೆಳೆದಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ನಾವು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರಿಂದ ಏನನ್ನೂ ಕಲಿಯಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮಾತನ್ನು ನಾವು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರು ಈಗ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲೇ ಅವರು ಹಿರಿಯರಾದ ಆಡ್ವಾಣಿ, ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಮೂಲೆಗುಂಪು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಆ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರು ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನೇ ಬದಲಿಸುವ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಆ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಜನ ದೂರವಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Inclusive budget: claims minister MB Patil
Bengaluru: Large and Medium Industries minister MB Patil has termed the budget presented by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Friday as the inclusive one.
He opined that the budget focuses on the welfare of all sections of society including women, farmers, marginalised communities, and minorities. The budget has also exposed the lapses and fiscal indiscipline of the previous BJP’s tenure, he slammed.
Our government has walked the talk about the implementation of assured five guarantees and has provided Rs.52,000 Crore for these programmes in the budget, he justified.
Claiming, Siddaramaiah knows how to generate revenue he lashed out at BJP. “The BJP which is rejected by the people has been further frustrated by seeing our budget”, he remarked.
“Earlier, the BJP government had called tenders for several irrigation works without keeping the required funds. The budget presented by Siddaramaiah has exposed such lapses,” Patil said.
