ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮೇ 25, 2020 : ( www.justkannada.in news ) ಮಲ್ಲೇಶ್ವರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಬಳಕೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಇ-ಲರ್ನಿಂಗ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಸುವ ಜತೆಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸರ್ವತೋಮುಖ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಾ. ಸಿ.ಎನ್. ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ತಜ್ಞರ ಜತೆ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
“ಮಲ್ಲೇಶ್ವರದ 11 ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಒಟ್ಟು 22 ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೋಧನಾ ವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತರುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ತಜ್ಞರ ಜತೆ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಯಾವುದೇ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇರಬಾರದು. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಬಳಕೆಗೆ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಉದ್ದೇಶ,” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸ್ಮಾರ್ಟ್‌ಬೋರ್ಡ್‌ ಪಾಠ
“ಈಗಿರುವ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನೇ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಥವಾಗುವ ರೀತಿ ಕಲಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್‌ ಸಹಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಪ್ರತಿ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಒಂದು ಆಡಿಯೋ ವಿಷನ್‌ ಕೊಠಡಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿ ಸ್ಮಾರ್ಟ್‌ ಬೋರ್ಡ್‌ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ನಾನಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪಾಠ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಜತೆಗೆ ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿ 5 ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಲ್ಯಾಪ್‌ಟಾಪ್‌ ನೀಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು,”ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಡ್ಯಾಶ್‌ಬೋರ್ಡ್‌ ಬಳಕೆ
“ಹೊಸ ಬೋಧನಾ ವಿಧಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಯಾವ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿದೆ? ಎಷ್ಟು ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಂಡಿದೆ? ಕಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಿರುವ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಡ್ಯಾಶ್‌ಬೋರ್ಡ್‌ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಇರಲಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿದಿನವೂ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಪ್‌ಡೇಟ್‌ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಆ್ಯಪ್‌ ಮೂಲಕ ಅದನ್ನು ಖುದ್ದು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ,” ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಪಠ್ಯೇತರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ
“ಪ್ರತಿ ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ಗುಣಾತ್ಮಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರ್ವತೋಮುಖ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂವಹನ, ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆ, ತರ್ಕಬದ್ಧ ಚಿಂತನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವ ಜತೆಗೆ ಸಂಗೀತ, ಕ್ರೀಡೆ ಮುಂತಾದ ಹವ್ಯಾಸಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೂರಕ ತರಬೇತಿ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಸಂಗೀತದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಇರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಸೇವಕರು ಪಾಠ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕ್ರೀಡಾಸಕ್ತರಿಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಶನಿವಾರ ಕೋಚ್‌ ಮೂಲಕ ತರಬೇತಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ,”ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ
“ಮಲ್ಲೇಶ್ವರದ 6 ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಇದ್ದು, ಇನ್ನೂ 2-3 ಕಡೆ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಆರಂಭಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ., ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು,”ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್‌ನ ಸಿಇಓ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನ, ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್‌ಅಪ್‌ ವಿಷನ್‌ ಗ್ರೂಪ್‌ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್‌ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್‌ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

Bangaluru: Students in government schools in Malleshwaram will soon be exposed to e-learning besides ensuring overall development.
Deputy Chief Ministe Dr C.N. Ashwath Narayan, who is also the local MLA, held a meeting with experts to introduce e-learning and adopt technology to ensure overall growth of students in 22 government schools in Malleshwaram.
“Teaching in government schools should be at par with private schools. With this intention we want to give stress on technolgoy. It is also our intention to increase more admissions in government schools,” Dr. Narayan said.
Smart Board Teaching:
Shikshana Foundaion, a non profit organisation, will train teachers with latest teaching techniques, the deputy Chief Minister said.
“This will not only enhance skills of teachers but also the learning abilities of students,” Dr Narayan said.
He further stated that there will be an audio-visual room in every government school in Malleshwaram where science and technology classes will be conducted using a smart board.
Plans are also on to give laptops to at least five students
Use of Dashboard:
Dr Narayan said that there will be a dashboard to update progress made by schools on day-to-day basis.
The dashboard will give details like whether the schools are giving stress on practical learning, in how many schools it has been implemented among others, Dr Narayan said.
Subject Based Teaching:
New teaching will give stress on practical learning. Besides this, preference will also be given on learning social sciences, Dr Narayan said.
The Deputy Chief Minister said in Covid 19 time, special stress will be given on cleanliness and hygiene. “If we stress on proper washing of hands for three months, it would become a habit for life,” he said. A logbook would be maintained to track how many studnets are following the instructions, he said.
Non-Curriculum Activities:
The deputy Chief Minister said that besides ensuring improved teaching techniques and increasing learning abilities of students stres will be given on non-curriculum activities. “Activities that improve communication, creativity, logic and thinking abilities in addition to sports and fine arts,” he said.
Voluntteers, who are subject experts from various spheres will help studnets improve their skills in their respective areas, Dr Narayan explained.
English Medium:
The deputy Chief Minister said that more Enlgihs medium schools will be started in Malleshwaram. Already the are six English medium government schools here.“We plan to open at least two to three English medium schools. Efforts will be made to obtain permission for it,” Dr Narayan said.
