ಮೈಸೂರು,ಆಗಸ್ಟ್,11,2026 (www.justkannada.in): ಆರ್ಟಿ ನಗರದ 18 ಮೀಟರ್ ಲಿಂಕ್ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾದ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಿಸಿ ಆಶ್ರಯ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಕಟ್ಟಡ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಸರ್ವೇ ನಂ.145ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆ (CDP)ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿರುವ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ರಸ್ತೆ ಜಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿ, ಮೈಸೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ (MDA) ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಿಗೆ ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸರ್ವೇ ನಂ.3/3ರ ತಮ್ಮ ಜಮೀನಿನ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಪಡೆಯದೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ದೂರುದಾರರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ನೌಕರರ ವಸತಿಗೃಹಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಚರಂಡಿ ಮಾರ್ಗ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಜಮೀನು ನೀಡಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
“ನಾವು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ರಸ್ತೆಗಾಗಿ ಜಮೀನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅದೇ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಖಾಸಗಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಿಸಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಅನ್ಯಾಯ” ಎಂದು ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ MDA ಕೂಡಲೇ ಸರ್ವೇ ನಡೆಸಿ, CDP, ಅನುಮೋದಿತ ಲೇಔಟ್, ಕಂದಾಯ ದಾಖಲೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ನಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ, ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣದ ನಿಖರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಗುರುತಿಸಬೇಕು. ರಸ್ತೆ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕಂಡುಬಂದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

RT Nagar Link Road Encroachment: MDA Urged to Act
Mysuru: Allegations have surfaced that an Ashraya Scheme beneficiary is constructing a residential building by encroaching upon land reserved for the 18-metre RT Nagar Link Road under the Comprehensive Development Plan.
A representation submitted to the Mysuru Development Authority (MDA) has sought an immediate survey of Sy. No. 145, verification of the approved road alignment and building plan, and identification of the exact extent of encroachment.
The complainant said a portion of his land in Sy. No. 3/3 was voluntarily surrendered without compensation for the proposed public road and sewage infrastructure.
The representation urged MDA to remove any unauthorized construction and ensure the road land is protected for public use.
