Rains cause havoc in Mysuru: District In-charge Minister absent

Mysuru, October 28, 2021 (www.justkannada.in): Incessant rains that lashed the cultural city of the State Mysuru have caused havoc, causing a lot of trouble to the citizens. But the District In-charge Minister S.T. Somashekar has still not turned out to address the grievances of the citizens.
Due to the incessant rains, several houses in low-lying areas were inundated with rainwater. While one person lost his life, several houses collapsed. But the District In-charge Minister is not to be seen. The District In-charge Minister was staying in Mysuru during Dasara.
The citizens have expressed their ire on the District In-charge Minister for his absence despite rains causing so much havoc leaving many people in the lurch.
Meanwhile, K.R. constituency MLA S.A. Ramadas visited the rain-hit areas, including Siddartha layout, Chinnagirikoppalu, Kuvempunagara, etc., and took note of the loss that occurred. He also instructed officials concerned to provide necessary relief.
