ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜುಲೈ, 15,2025 (www.justkannada.in): ಸಿಗಂದೂರು ಸೇತುವೆ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಶಿಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆ ಆಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಮೊಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲ್ಲು ಹುಡುಕುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್ ಅಶೋಕ್ ತಿರುಗೇಟು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ್ ಅವರು, ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದಿರುವುದು ಸರಿ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಸೇತುವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಹತಾಶೆಯಿಂದ ಸಿಎಂ ಗೊಂದಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಹ್ವಾನ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಶಿಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಹೆಸರು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೇರೆ ಪೂರ್ವ ನಿಗದಿತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಇದ್ದರೆ, ಯಾವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಮುಖ್ಯ, ಯಾವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಅನ್ನೋದನ್ನ ಅವರೇ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಅದು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನ ಕೇಳಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ದಿನಾಂಕ, ಸಮಯ ನಿಗದಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಅನ್ನೋದು ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕುಟುಕಿದರು.
ಇಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯಾವ್ಯಾವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಶಾಸಕರ ಸಲಹೆ ಕೇಳಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕನಾದ ನನಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜರುಗಿದ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಯಾವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೂ ಸಲಹೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕೇಳಿಲ್ಲ, ಆಹ್ವಾನವನ್ನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿರೋದನ್ನೇ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
ಲೋಕೋಪಯೋಗಿ ಸಚಿವ ಸತೀಶ್ ಜಾರಕಿಹೊಳಿ ಅವರು ಸಾಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಕಡೆ ಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೈರು ಹಾಜರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಶಿಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಪಾಲನೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ನೈತಿಕತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಎಂದು ಟೀಕಿಸಿದರು.
ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ಮನೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ
ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕನಾಗಿ ನನಗೆ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನಿವಾಸ ಕೊಡಿ ಎಂದು ಈವರೆಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಆರು ಬಾರಿ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೂ ಉತ್ತರ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇದ್ದಾಗ ಅಂದಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ಮನೆ ಕೊಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತೋ ಅದೇ ಮನೆ ಕೊಡಿ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪೇನಿದೆ. ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷ ಆದರೂ ಇದುವೆರಗೂ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕನಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಮನೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಶಿಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಪಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಪರಿ ಎಂದು ಟೀಕಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

There was no protocol violation in the Sigandur bridge inauguration program. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is looking for stones in curd, said Opposition Leader R. Ashok, hitting back.
Speaking to reporters, he said it was not right for CM Siddaramaiah to write a letter to the Prime Minister. Frustrated that the credit for the bridge construction is going to the BJP, the CM is trying to create confusion. The Chief Minister was invited to the program, and as per protocol, his name was included. If the Chief Minister had other pre-scheduled programs, he should decide which program is important and which to prioritize. It is not appropriate to expect the program’s date and time to be fixed after consulting the Chief Minister.
Which state government programs have sought the advice of opposition leaders and MLAs? In the last two years, as the opposition leader, I have not been consulted or invited to any program, including those held in Bengaluru. What the state government has done, the central government has also done.
Public Works Minister Satish Jarkiholi, despite being in Sagar, did not attend the program. He said in front of the media that he would attend but was absent at the last moment. The Congress government has no moral authority to talk about protocol adherence, he said.

As the Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly, I have written six letters to the state government requesting an official government residence, but I have not received a reply to any of them. When our BJP government was in power, I have asked for the same house that was given to the then-opposition leader Siddaramaiah. What is wrong with that? Even after two years, the opposition leader has not been provided an official government residence. This is how the Congress party adheres to protocol, he criticized.
