ಆಸ್ತಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ, ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಜನರಿಗೆ  ಬಿಗ್ ಶಾಕ್…!

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್,28,2020(www.justkannada.in) : ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷದಂದೇ, ಜನರಿಗೆ ಬಿಗ್ ಶಾಕ್ ನೀಡಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ.ಆಸ್ತಿ ತೆರಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.15ರಿಂದ ಶೇ.30ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡಲು ಇಂದಿನ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಬಿಗ್ ಶಾಕ್ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಇಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿಎಸ್ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ, ನಗರ, ಪುರಸಭೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸ್ತಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡುವಂತ ಮಸೂದೆಗೆ ಅಂಗೀಕಾರ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಸ್ತಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಶೇ.15ರಿಂದ 30ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಳಕ್ಕೆ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಇಂತಹ ಮಸೂದೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಸೂದೆ ಮಂಡನೆ ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ. ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಕಟ್ಟಡದ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳಕ್ಕೂ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ಬಂದಿದೆ.

Bengaluru, Dec. 28, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): The State Government is all set to give a big shock to the people in the new year.
Cabinet approval has been given to increase the property tax from 15% to 30% in Corporation, City Municipal Councils, and Town Municipalities. The cabinet meeting was held under the leadership of Chief Minister B.S. Yedyurappa today. It is also learnt that a decision has also been taken to increase the tax of commercial properties.
