ಮೈಸೂರು,ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ,4,2026 (www.justkannada.in): ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸೊಬಗು, ಪರಂಪರೆ, ಪ್ರವಾಸೋದ್ಯಮ, ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯೋದ್ಯಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಹಿರಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾರುವ, ಸಂಗೀತ, ಹಾಸ್ಯ, ನೃತ್ಯ, ಮನರಂಜನೆ ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಮೈಸೂರು ಸಂತೆ-2026 ಇದೇ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 6, 7 ಮತ್ತು 8 ರಂದು ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಮಹಾರಾಜ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮೈದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳವರೆಗೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 11 ರಿಂದ ರಾತ್ರಿ 10 ಗಂಟೆವರೆಗೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿರುವ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ ನೀಡುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು, ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರಿಗೆ ಸಂತೋಷದ ಸಮಯ ಕಳೆಯುವ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 6ರಂದು ಸಂಜೆ 5.30ಕ್ಕೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದು, ಆರ್ಗ್ಯಾನಿಕ್ ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಮಧು ಚಂದನ್, ಬಿಗ್ಬಾಸ್ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿ, ನಿರೂಪಕಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಟಿ ಮಿಸ್ ಜಾನ್ವಿ, ಮೈಸೂರು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಪ್ರೊ. ಎನ್.ಕೆ. ಲೋಕನಾಥ್, ಆರ್.ವಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಉಪ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಪ್ರೊ. ಉನಿಯಾಲ್, ಗ್ಲೋಬಲ್ ಎಜುಕೇಷನ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ ನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಾ. ಜಯಚಂದ್ರ ರಾಜು ಪಿ., ಮೈಸೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ಉಪ ಆಯುಕ್ತ (ರಾಜಸ್ವ) ಸೋಮಶೇಖರ್, ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಪುರಂ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇನ್ಸ್ ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ರವಿಶಂಕರ್ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್. ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿರುವರು ಎಂದು ಆಯೋಜಕರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧ ಭಾಗಗಳಿಂದ ಆಗಮಿಸಿರುವ 100ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆಯ್ದ ಮಳಿಗೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು, ಕೈತೋಟದ ಕಲಾಕೃತಿಗಳು, ಮನೆ ಅಲಂಕಾರ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಜೀವನಶೈಲಿ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರಲಿವೆ. ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಹುಪಾಕ ಶೈಲಿಯ ಆಹಾರ ಮಳಿಗೆಗಳು, ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಟ-ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ವಲಯ, ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರಗಳು, ಸಂವಹನಾತ್ಮಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಐಷಾರಾಮಿ ಕಾರು-ಬೈಕ್ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳು ಸಂತೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಸಂಜೆ 6 ರಿಂದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಗೀತೆಗಳ ಗಾಯನ, ಸಂಗೀತ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ನಡೆಯಲಿವೆ.
ಮೈಸೂರು ಸಂತೆ-2026ಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಕೇವಲ 60 ರೂ. ಮಾತ್ರವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುವ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಭರತ್ ಗೌಡ, ಕಾರ್ತಿಕ್ ಮಹೇಶ್, ಡಾ. ಪೂಜಾ ಜೋಶಿ, ಸ್ಮಿತಾ ಬಾಲು, ಸ್ನೇಹಲ್ ಇಗೂರ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಮ್ಯಾ ಗೌಡ ಅವರು ಆಯೋಜಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಮೈಸೂರು ಜನತೆ ಈ ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳ ಉತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಯೋಜಕರು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Mysuru: Mysuru Sante–2026, a grand three-day event that reflects Mysuru’s cultural charm, heritage, tourism, business spirit, and pride—along with music, comedy, dance, and entertainment—will be held on February 6, 7, and 8 at the historic Maharaja College Grounds.
The event will be open to the public every day from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. It aims to promote women and local entrepreneurship, while also serving as a joyful platform for families, friends, and tourists to spend quality time.
The inauguration will take place on February 6 at 5:30 PM. According to the organizers, the event will be graced by Madhu Chandan, founder of Organic Mandya; Miss Jhanvi, Bigg Boss contestant, anchor, and actress; Prof. N.K. Lokanath, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Mysore; Prof. Uniyal, Vice-Chancellor and Director of RV University mysore, Dr. Jayachandra Raju P., President of Global Education Trust; Somashekar, Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Mysuru City Corporation; and Ravishankar B.S., Police Inspector of Lakshmipuram Police Station, among others.
More than 100 selected stalls from across the state will offer festival clothing, handmade crafts, home décor items, and lifestyle products. Major attractions include local and multi-cuisine food stalls, a special play and activity zone for children, workshops, interactive programs, and luxury car and bike exhibitions. Every evening from 6:00 PM onwards, Kannada songs, music, and cultural performances will be held.
The entry fee for Mysuru Sante–2026 is only ₹60, offering an affordable festive experience for the public. The event is being organized by Bharath Gowda, Karthik Mahesh, Dr. Pooja Joshi, Smita Balu, Snehal Igoor, and Ramya Gowda. The organizers have appealed to the people of Mysuru to participate and celebrate this three-day festival.
