ಮೈಸೂರು, Sep.30,2024: (www.justkannada.in news): ಮೈಸೂರು ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ನ ದಿನ ಸಂದೇಶವೊಂದು ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆದಿದೆ. ನಿವೇಶನ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯ ಅಕ್ರಮದ ಆರೋಪಗಳಿಂದ ದೇಶದ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆದಿದೆ ಮುಡಾ.
ಇಂಥ ಮುಡಾ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ಬಲಪಂಥೀಯ ಸಾಹಿತಿ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪರ ಒಲವಿರುವ ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್. ಬೈರಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂದೇಶ ಹಾಕಿರುವುದು ವಿಶೇಷ.
ಇದೇ ದಿನ ಮುಡಾ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಕೆ.ಮರೀಗೌಡ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಕರೆದಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಡಾ ಹಗರಣದ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರ ಮಡದಿ ಪಾರ್ವತಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಂಜೂರಾಗಿರುವ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾಧಿಸಿದರು. ಜತೆಗೆ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರಕಾರ ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿರುವಾಗಲೇ ಮುಡಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳು ನಡೆದಿರುವುದು ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.
ವಿಪರ್ಯಾಸವೆಂಬಂತೆ, ಮುಡಾ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದ ಸಂದೇಶ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳ ನೈತಿಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುವಂತಿತ್ತು.
ಅಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಏನದು ಸಂದೇಶ:
ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ, ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೈತಿಕ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಅದರ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ವಿಫಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ – ಎಸ್. ಎಲ್. ಬೈರಪ್ಪ.
ಮುಡಾ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ ನ ಈ ಸಂದೇಶ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಮುಡಾ ಹಗರಣಗಳ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದೆ, ಅಥವಾ ಕಾಕತಾಳಿಯವೇ ಅನ್ನೋದು ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.
