ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಮಾರ್ಚ್,17,2026 (www.justkannada.in): ಮೈಸೂರು ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ (ಮುಡಾ) ನಿವೇಶನಗಳ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಆರೋಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸ್ಐಟಿ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿರುವ ಜಿ.ಟಿ. ದಿನೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ವಿಶೇಷ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಷರತ್ತುಬದ್ಧ (ಡಿಫಾಲ್ಟ್) ಜಾಮೀನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶ ಸಂತೋಷ ಗಜಾನನ ಭಟ್ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿ, ₹1 ಲಕ್ಷ ಬಾಂಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮಾನ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಭದ್ರತೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ನಿಯಮಿತ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸಿದರು.
ಮುಡಾ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅನರ್ಹರಿಗೆ ನಿವೇಶನ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಆರೋಪ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಇದೆ.
MUDA Case: Conditional Bail Granted to Dinesh Kumar
Bengaluru: In the case related to the alleged illegal allotment of sites by the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA), G.T. Dinesh Kumar, who is under investigation by the SIT, has been granted conditional (default) bail by the Special Court for elected representatives.
The order was issued on Monday by Judge Santosh Gajanan Bhat after hearing Dinesh Kumar’s petition. The court imposed standard conditions, including a bond of ₹1 lakh and a surety for the same amount.
Dinesh Kumar faces allegations of misusing his authority during his tenure as MUDA Commissioner to illegally allot sites to ineligible beneficiaries.
