ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜುಲೈ, 23,2025 (www.justkannada.in): ಉಪರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಜಗದೀಪ್‌ ಧನಕರ್‌ ಅವರ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ವಿಷಯ ಭಾರಿ ವಿವಾದಕ್ಕೀಡಾಗಿದೆ. ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯ ನೆಪವೊಡ್ಡಿ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ನೀಡಿರುವುದು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಊಹಾಪೋಹಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಧನಕರ್‌ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದೆ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವೇ ಸರಿಯಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ಜೀವನೋಪಾಯ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಯಚೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ. ಶರಣಪ್ರಕಾಶ ಆರ್. ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ವ್ಯಂಗ್ಯವಾಡಿದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬುಧವಾರ ವಿಕಾಸ ಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಶರಣ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್, ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯನ್ನು ತರಾಟೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡರು.
ಉಪರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಅನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಅಚ್ಚರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದೇ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸರ್ವಾಧಿಕಾರ ಧೋರಣೆಯೇ ಜಗದೀಪ್‌ ಧನಕರ್‌ ಅವರ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಇಡೀ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಕೂಲಂಕಷವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏನೋ ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಡೀ ಪಕ್ಷ ಇಬ್ಬರ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಸರ್ವಾಧಿಕಾರ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವ ನಾಯಕರೂ ಮಾತನಾಡದೇ ಮುಗಮ್ಮಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜನರಿಗೆ ಇದು ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇಡೀ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಿಂದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಬಣ್ಣ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಬಯಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಾ.ಶರಣ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ದೂರಿದರು.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ, ನೀತಿ-ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೂಡ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಪಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವವರು ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಒಂದಾದರೂ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರಾ? ಏಕಪಕ್ಷೀಯ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಂಥ ಅಪಸವ್ಯಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಟೀಕಿಸಿದರು.
ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿಗಳಿಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದ ತಲಾದಾಯ
ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಳಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ತಲಾದಾಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾವೀಗ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ನಂಬರ್ ಒನ್‌ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಶರಣ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
50 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ಹಣ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಸರಕಾರವಿದೆ. ಜನೋಪಯೋಗಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೀತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂ ಸುಧಾರಣಾ ಕಾಯಿದೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಒಳ್ಳೊಳ್ಳೆ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿವೆ. ಇದು ತಲಾದಾಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರೋಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಾ. ಶರಣಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಜಿಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ
ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಜಿಎಸ್ ಟಿ ನೋಟಿಸ್‌ ನೀಡಿರುವ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿರ್ಣಯದಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಜಿಎಸ್‌ಟಿ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಚಿವರು. ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದರಂತೆ ಇಂಪ್ಲಿಮೆಂಟ್‌ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಜಿಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಲೆಕ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೆ, ಬಳಿಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾವು ಹೇಗೆ ನೊಟೀಸ್ ಕೊಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ? ಎಲ್ಲ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರಕಾರವೇ ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಾ. ಶರಣ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

Vice President Dhankar’s Health is Fine, But BJP’s Health is rotten: Dr. Sharanprakash Patil
Bengaluru, July 23: The resignation of vice president Jagdeep Dhankhar citing health reasons has sparked intense controversy, said Dr. Sharanprakash R. Patil, minister for medical education, skill development, livelihood and in-charge of Raichur district. Speaking to reporters in Bengaluru on Wednesday at Vikasa Soudha, the minister launched a sharp attack on the BJP.
He said the sudden resignation of the vice president has surprised everyone. “The real reason behind this is the unhealthy condition of the BJP. The authoritarian attitude within the BJP is the key reason for Jagdeep Dhankhar’s resignation,” Dr. Patil alleged.
“If we closely examine the entire episode, it’s evident that something is amiss within the BJP. The party and Central government is being run by just two individuals. Due to the overpowering dominance, no other leader dares to speak out. The BJP assumes that people will remain unaware, but this entire incident has completely exposed the party,” he added.
Dr. Patil further criticized the BJP stating, “There is no democracy or adherence to rules within the party. Even the central government is not abiding by the Constitution. Has PM Narendra Modi ever held a press conference, the Congress PM Dr Manmohan Singh very often met the press? Most decisions are made unilaterally. These undemocratic practices are the reason behind the BJP’s declining political health,” he said.
Increase in Per Capita Income through Guarantees
“The guarantee schemes implemented by our Congress government have directly increased the per capita income in Karnataka. We now rank number one in the country,” Dr. Patil stated.
He added that Rs 50,000 crore is being directly transferred to the people, and Karnataka now has a pro-people government. “Due to our people-centric economic policies, development is progressing. Important reforms, including land reform laws, were introduced under the Congress regime. These have directly and indirectly led to a rise in per capita income,” he said.
GST Notices a Central Government Decision
Dr. Patil clarified that the issuance of GST notices to traders was a decision taken by the central government. “The GST Council is headed by the Union finance minister and decisions were made in meetings chaired by her. The implementation is based on those decisions. GST is fully collected by the central government, and only later shared with the states. How can we issue such notices? All decisions are made by the Centre,” Dr. Patil explained.
