ಮೈಸೂರು, ಸೆ.೧೬,೨೦೨೫ : ಮೈಸೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ (MDA) ತನ್ನ ಮೊದಲ ಇ-ಹರಾಜಿಗೆ (Online Auction) ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡು ಬಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಿಂದ ಉತ್ತೇಜನಗೊಂಡು ಇದೀಗ ದಸರಾ ಬಳಿಕ ಮತ್ತೆ ೩೦೦ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳ ಹರಾಜಿಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ನಡೆಸಿದೆ.

ಮೈಸೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ರಚನೆ ಬಳಿಕ ಕಳೆದ ತಿಂಗಳು ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳ ಇ -ಹರಾಜು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಬೆಂಬಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕೆಲ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಊಹಿಸದ ಮೊತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಡ್‌ ಆಯಿತು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಕ್ರೂಢೀಕರಿಸಲು ನೆರವಾಯಿತು. ನಿವೇಶನಗಳ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ಮತ್ತೆ ೩೦೦ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳ ”ಇ-ಹರಾಜಿಗೆ” ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಾಡ ಹಬ್ಬ ದಸರಾ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವದ ಮುಗಿದ ಕೂಡಲೇ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳ ಹರಾಜು ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಪ್ರವೃತ್ತರಾಗುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
🔹 ಹರಾಜಿನ ಉದ್ದೇಶ
ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕವಾಗಿ ನಿವೇಶನ ವಿತರಣೆ ಜತೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ಮಾರಾಟ/ಮಧ್ಯವರ್ತಿಗಳ ಹಸ್ತಕ್ಷೇಪ ತಡೆಯುವುದು.
🔹 ಹರಾಜಿನ ವಿಧಾನ
MDA ಅಧಿಕೃತ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಠೇವಣಿ (EMD) ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಮಾ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ನಿಗದಿತ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಹರಾಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಮೊತ್ತ ಕೋರಿದವರಿಗೆ ನಿವೇಶನ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.
