KSP alleges disregard to Kannada by Udupi Sri Krishna Math

Udupi, Dec. 1, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): The Udupi District Kannada Sahitya Parishath has strongly objected the replacement of Kannada nameplate displayed in the main entrance of the Sri Krishna Math in Udupi with Sanskrit and Tulu language nameplate.
A nameplate in Kannada language was displayed at the main entrance of the famous Udupi Sri Krishna Math. But all of a sudden it has been replaced with a nameplate in Sanskrit and Tulu languages.
The Udupi District Karnataka Sahitya Parishath President Neelavara Surendra Adiga has expressed his dissatisfaction about the sudden development and has informed that Kannada should be given first preference followed by other languages, whereas the temple authorities have removed Kannada from the nameplate.
