ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜೂನ್,18, 2026 (www.justkannada.in): ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಆಪ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ 2.13 ಲಕ್ಷ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಕೆಲವು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ವರದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ‘ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ’ (KAAMS) ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಶೇಕಡಾ 70.6 ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ನೌಕರರು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
ವೇಗದ ಪ್ರಗತಿ : ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗಿದ್ದ 2,13,925 ನೌಕರರ ಅಪೂರ್ಣ ನೋಂದಣಿಯ ಅಂಕಿ-ಅಂಶಗಳು ಜೂನ್ 12, 2026 ರವರೆಗಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ಆದರೆ ಕಳೆದ 4-5 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಂದೋಲನದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಈ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 2026ನೇ ಜೂನ್ 18ರ ವೇಳೆಗೆ 1,40,433ಕ್ಕೆ ಕುಸಿದಿದೆ. ಅಂದರೆ ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾಗದ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ. 34.4 ರಷ್ಟು ಭಾರಿ ಇಳಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. 
ನೋಂದಣಿ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗತಿ .
ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ (HRMS) ದತ್ತಾಂಶದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಒಟ್ಟು 43 ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ 137 ಸರಣಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳು/ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ 4,78,181 ನೌಕರರ ಪೈಕಿ 3,37,748 (ಶೇ. 70.6) ನೌಕರರು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಆಪ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ದೈನಂದಿನ ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಬಳಕೆ :
2026 ನೇ ಜೂನ್ 18 ರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 11:00 ಗಂಟೆಯ ಒಳಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು ಶೇ. 57 ರಷ್ಟು (1,92,605 ನೌಕರರು) ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಆಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮ ಹಾಜರಾತಿಯನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಾಕಿ ಉಳಿದಿರುವ ಶೇ. 29.4 ರಷ್ಟು ನೌಕರರ ನೋಂದಣಿಗಾಗಿ ಇ-ಆಡಳಿತ ಕೇಂದ್ರವು (CeG) ವಿಶೇಷ ತರಬೇತಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೋಂದಣಿ ಶಿಬಿರಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ. ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಪರಿಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನೋಡಲ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಸಹಾಯವಾಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಎಐ (AI) ಆಧಾರಿತ ವಾಯ್ಸ್ ಬಾಟ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನೌಕರರು ನಿಗದಿತ ಸಮಯದೊಳಗೆ ಶೇ. 100 ರಷ್ಟು ನೋಂದಣಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
‘ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ’ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶವು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ಹಾಜರಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತರಲು ರೂಪಿಸಲಾದ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಕಾರಿ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪುನರುಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದೆ.

Kartavya App Registration: Government Clarifies Media Reports, Achieves 70.6% Employee Onboarding
Bangalore, June 18, (Karnataka Information) :
The State Government has issued an official clarification regarding a recent news report titled “2.13 Lakh Employees Not Registered on Kartavya App”.
Terming the published figures as a “transitional snapshot,” the government stated that the unified attendance management system under the Kartavya (KAAMS) initiative has seen rapid acceleration, achieving 70.6% registration compliance.
Significant Drop in Non-Registration :
The government clarified that the figure of 2,13,925 unregistered employees pertained to the status as of June 12, 2026. Thanks to an ongoing registration drive, this number sharply declined to 1,40,433 as of June 18, 2026. This marks a substantial 34.4% reduction (73,492 employees) in non-registration within just 4–5 days.
Current Registration Status :
Out of a total workforce of 4,78,181 employees onboarded in the HRMS database across 43 Departments and 137 Line Departments/Institutions, 3,37,748 employees (70.6%) have successfully completed their registration as of June 18, 2026.
Active Daily Engagement :
The platform is being actively adopted daily. On June 18, 2026, by 11:00 AM, 1,92,605 employees—representing approximately 57% of the registered users—had already marked their daily attendance.
Support & Training :
To onboard the remaining 29.4% of the workforce, the Centre for e-Governance (CeG) has structured dedicated registration and training sessions. Additionally, technical and onboarding issues are being addressed through Nodal Officers, a dedicated Helpdesk, and an AI-based Voice Bot.
The Chief Secretary, Government of Karnataka, has directed all Heads of Departments to ensure 100% time-bound registration of all officers and employees. The government emphasized that the Kartavya (KAAMS) platform is a transformative digital initiative aimed at fostering transparency, accountability, and efficiency in administration.
