Yateendra Siddaramaiah angry over the decision of State Govt. to introduce law against love jihad

Mysuru, Dec. 3, 2020 (www.justkannada.in): Congress MLA Dr. Yateendra Siddaramaiah today criticized the State Government by saying that it is introducing the law against love jihad to please the majority communities and people belonging to the creamy layer of the society.
Speaking to the presspersons in Mysuru today, he said that the State Govt. is playing with the communal emotions of the people by this move. According to law, anyone above 18 years of age can marry any person of their choice. But, by doing this, the State Govt. is trying to snatch away the people’s freedom.
